People of Datca prefer everything fresh and organic where possible, no wonder why they live long and healthy lifes.
Most of the ingredients they are using in their local cuisine are locally produced within Datca peninsula by the Villagers whom selling their products at the weekly Saturday Market.
Most Chefs are visiting this market or visiting villages nearby to purchase fresh, organic ingredients , even Greek's from nearby islands are visiting the weekly saturday market to shop their needs.
Fish and vegetable are consumed more then red meat in this peninsula, not because it is cheaper but more healthier.
All restaurants will have a clear menu board at the entrance with prices on it.
You may need to ask first the price of certain type fish as before you order it as it may sold by the weight rather then portion.
