The room comprises of a double bed and storage spaces chests of drawers , a large wardrobe with sliding doors. Within the house, guests will benefit from a fully equipped kitchen and newly modernised, cleand and tidy bathroom with 24/7 Hot Shower.

Living room has comfortable seates and a TV mainly with freeview local channels. Rooms are bright with plenty light throuhout the day.

There are two mid-size Balcony for guest, to sit out, sip their drinks or to anjoy their meals.

HOW LONG : It takes about 1.10 minutes Hours from Kayseri Airport and 50 minutes from Nevsehir Airport.

BILLS INLCUDED : Electricity and Water Bills and Gas for Cooker are included

AIRPORT TRANSFER : Return Transfer can be arranged for £20

BRING ALONG : Please bring along Warm clothing as the nights can be cold during the fall and winter time.

SUITABLE : Suitable for all ages ,under 18 with a legal guardian.

About The Owner

The Owner is fluent in following languages ; English, German and Turkish

He is a Qualified Hollistic Therapist in profession, has a passion for the nature and animals. In his free times he goes for long walks with his rescue dogs and searches for organicly grown plants to extract oil from them in order to use it on his patients. Posseses a very friendly personality and well know within the community.
