Villa with Swimming Pool in Fethiye Uzumlu

Our villa is situated in the traditional Turkish village of Uzumlu, a 45 minute drive from Dalaman airport, 15 minute drive from the bustling market town of Fethiye and just a 10 minute drive from the beach resort of Calis.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.

It is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge freezer and washing machine.

It has its own large private swimming pool, paved garden and large terrace.

There are sunbeds, terrace furniture and a BBQ.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and each bedroom had air conditioning and french doors leading out to a large private balcony with panoramic views of the mountains.

Uzumlu lies just inland amidst forest and mountains with stunning scenery all around.

There are shops, a few restaurants and a post office in the village, and a small weekly market.

The beach resort of Calis is just a 10 minute drive away.

The blue lagoon of Olu Deniz is a 25 minute drive and the lively resorts of Hisonaru and Ovacik are just a 20 minute drive away.

The master bedroom has a double bed, is fully furnished and has an ensuite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. French doors open onto a large private balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, fully furnished and share the family bathroom which comprises of a bath, shower, WC and washbasin.

Both rooms have french doors with its own large private balcony.

All 3 bedrooms have an air conditioning unit in.

There is a large sofa bed in the lounge with access to the downstairs bathroom which has a shower, WC and washbasin.
