SAKLIKENT GORGE FROM GOCEK

On this Tour you will be able to see the ruins of Tlos, it is the city where mythological hero Bellerophon and his winged flying horse Pegasus lived. Probably the oldest city of Lycian, Tlos dates back to 2000 B.C.

The excursion will provide you with an opportunity to walk about 4km into the second-largest Gorge in the world. Going as far as possible into the gorge as the view gets better the deeper you are. This walk can take place only after April when the waters receded from the snowmelt. The Canyon is about 16km long and requires specific skills to pass it.

Remarkable ancient views are the perfect place for synchronizing with the Old spirit world. The guide will give all relevant information upon arrival on the site.

This Tour includes delicious lunch on a waterside restaurant, which will fill you up with relaxed tranquillity. There will be a variety of options on the menu including vegetarian.
