WE DONT CANCEL any confirmed Service, BUT YOU CAN
- You can cancel any service you have booked at any time; cancelling the services you have booked does not mean you are entitled to a refund. For a refund, the following criteria need to be met;
- A cancellation request must be submitted ten days before the excursion/service date for a full refund.
- Up to 3 days before the excursion/service, the cancellation will incur an admin charge of half the deposit paid. Two or One Day before the service is no refund.
- For last-minute health reasons, we will require a note from a Hospital Doctor, and we will gladly refund you half of the Deposit. (Hangovers don’t count)
- In the event of bad weather or similar natural barriers preventing doing the excursion/services, we will be giving you alternative dates/choices; however, you have the right to cancel it, and in this case, we are happy to refund you in full.
WHAT IF YOU ARE LATE OR DO NOT TURN UP
We accept you to be on time and the agreed time and location for pick-ups. If you are not on time and unreasonably late, e.g. longer than 10 minutes, the driver or tour guide cannot wait longer. In this case, the vehicle will return to the office. If you contact us due to your being late, there will be an additional charge, a minimum of $25, for us to send the vehicle back to pick you up.
Suppose you don’t turn up at all. Or call us back hour-hours later; depending on the service, we might not be able to conduct the excursion or service you have booked. In this case, you will not be refunded. Or there might be an additional charge to continue with the service.
thisisturkey.net operate as a booking service provider model. This means we act as a disclosed agent for third-party suppliers, such as Travel Agents, hotels or Restaurants, and Boat Owners. This means that the contract for the product is between you and the final conducting supplier/agency/individual/owner of the Hotel, Boat any Vehicle. In all cases, this will mean that additional terms and conditions govern the contract, as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product. This includes insurance coverage which may or may not is provided by the supplier. You must discuss this before your departure with the supplier of the services you decided to book via thisisturkey.net.
- ThisisTurkey.net acts solely as an agent between the customers and local travel agencies conducting the services listed on our website. We do not own, operate or control any of the services provided by the conducting agencies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or any other liability arising from the services offered by the conducting agency.
- ThisisTurkey.net works only with agencies that carry the correct and required licenses required by the authorities of Turkiye.
- The responsibility for ensuring that all necessary insurance and legal requirements are met for the services the conducting agency provides lies solely with the customer. ThisIsTurkey.net is not responsible for verifying or ensuring that the conducting agency has the necessary insurance, licenses, or permits to provide the services listed on our website.
- The prices listed on ThisisTurkey.net for the conducting agency’s services are accurate at the time of publication. However, prices may change without prior notice, and ThisIsTurkey.net reserves the right to change prices, cancel or modify the services offered on our website without prior notice.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring they have provided accurate and complete information when booking through ThisIsTurkey.net. This includes but is not limited to, the customer’s personal information, the number of participants, and any special requirements.
- The customer may cancel their booking at any time, subject to the cancellation policy of the conducting agency. The cancellation policy of the conducting agency is available on ThisIsTurkey.net for each service offered.
- ThisisTurkey.net reserves the right to cancel any booking made by the customer, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
- ThisisTurkey.net is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from using our website or the services provided by the conducting agency.
- ThisisTurkey.net is not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the services offered by the conducting agency due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
- Any dispute arising from using our website or the services provided by the conducting agency shall be resolved under the laws of Turkiye.
Using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, you should not use ThisisTurkey.net.
