Just 24 km from Fethiye, tucked away in the forested hills above Yeşilüzümlü village, lies the hidden treasure of Kadyanda – Cadianda (Kada-wanti) — an ancient city with roots tracing back to the 3rd millennium BC. Although the oldest visible ruins date from the 5th century BC, the city was inhabited until the 7th century AD. Today, Kadyanda stands as an open-air museum with well-preserved remains from both the Hellenistic and Roman periods.
