A small private catering business operating within Antalya in Turkey and providing personal Chef service for a meal for two to a six-course dinner party for up to twenty guests, we are dedicated to making your dinner event a success.
We will discuss your requirements, and we have many sample menus of Turkish Cuisine and ideas to share with you.

Menus are tailor-made to suit your specific requirements with anything from 2 –4 courses considering seasonal variations and your and your guest’s preferences
We can get the ingredients for you if required as part of our service.

We will come to your home on the day and work in the background preparing and cooking your delicious meal before your guests arrive.
Your kitchen will be left spotless once the meal is prepared and ready to be served before your guests arrive.

If you require a waitperson or a butler for the evening, there is an extra charge for this service. We will, in this case, serve your customers professionally until all meals are done and their coffee’ or required served.

If we have provided cutlery, crockery, and cooking equipment, there will be an additional charge, depending on the quantity and quality of the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Table linen, glassware, and flowers are also optional extras.

Our Prices shown on this page are in British Sterling.
Preparing and cooking an evening Dinner for up to 6 people would be 200 Sterling. Plus, any additional services.

English or Continental Breakfast for up to 6 people would be 120 sterling, plus any other services. Prices can differ depending on your accommodation, as holiday resorts are spread around the Antalya region, some of which are further out. Please note that this is not a last-minute call service; don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail in advance.

Our most basic menu is shown below:

Shepherd Salad: lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh lime corn, parsley, green pepper, lemon juice and olive oil green peppers, parsley and fresh lemon juice
Cacik: finely chopped baby cucumbers blended with garlic yoghurt dill, olive oil and mint

Stuffed Vine Leaves: fresh vine leaves stuffed with rice, currants, pine nuts, and herbs cooked with olive oil

Vegetable Casserole: mixed sauteed vegetables baked in tomato sauce served with rice

Dessert: Flour Halva with pine nuts Sprinkled with cinnamon

There is no shortage of Vegetarian ingredients in Turkey; we Turks love vegetables and, therefore, plenty of different dishes available to spoil yourselves.
We have an extensive menu for the Vegans, even for the fussiest Vegan. A Vegan Chef prepares the vegan menu, so rest assured you will have something delicious on your plate.
