Property Management

A property management service is the ideal way of guaranteeing that your home is cared for whilst you are elsewhere, giving you complete peace of mind.
Our policy is designed, so our clients receive as much help as they request, ensuring their property is as they wish to find it on their return.
While you are away, We will visit your property to check that everything is in order and report via email or telephone. Property checks are carried out on request.

Example Package

The pool will be cleaned/checked six days a week during the summer months.
The gardens are to be weed-free, and shrubs, trees flowers are to be cut back as appropriate not to block the view of the lake and to not be overgrown onto any paths.
Lawns are mowed before guests arrive.
Watering flowers, plants, and grass will be done every other day but extra as required.
All pool chemicals, garden fertiliser, and insect treatments will be charged as needed.
During the winter, the gardens will be checked once a fortnight and treated as required, with pruning being done in November and March / April.
Checking the pool, outside and inside the property and quickly flagging up any repairs needed.
At the start and end of the season, a full report on the garden and villa will be provided to flag any issues with photos emailed.
Cleaning: You need to contact with dates guests have booked to stay and ask as and when we need the villa cleaning.
Currently, there are three types of cleaning.
Deep clean; start and end of the season and sometimes after guests leave
Regular cleaning; after guests leave
Light clean; if guests are staying for two weeks.
